- Du verantwortest die Umsetzung von agilen Arbeitsprozessen und der damit verbundenen Techniken
- Du bist in deiner Rolle Botschafter:in für die agile Kultur, beseitigst erfolgreich Hindernisse und trägst aktiv dazu bei, die Ziele der Teams zu erreichen
- Du erkennst Verbesserungspotential und treibst Veränderungen voran, um die Produktivität der Teams zu steigern
- Du arbeitest auf Augenhöhe mit Entwickler:innen, Product Ownern und anderen Stakeholdern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master (m/w/d) oder Agile Coach (m/w/d) und bestenfalls bringst du ein Zertifikat im Scrum-Umfeld mit
- Du bringst praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit agilen Tools wie z. B. Jira und Confluence mit
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und pflegst mit deiner Empathie einen vertrauensvollen Umgang mit den Teams
- Du besitzt im Idealfall mehrjährige Erfahrung im Softwareumfeld und/oder ein gutes technisches Verständnis

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
