In den letzten 4 Jahren haben wir uns zu einer der marktführenden Social Media Marketing Agenturen für Restaurants in Deutschland entwickelt. Mit unserem 8-köpfigen Team (Durchschnittsalter: 24 Jahre) helfen wir unseren ca. 50 Kunden deutschlandweit, täglich mehr Gäste durch professionelles Instagram, Facebook und TikTok Marketing zu gewinnen. Mit einem 6-stelligen Jahresumsatz und langfristigen Vertragsbeziehungen wollen wir unseren Kundenstamm vervielfachen, neue B2B Partner gewinnen und bis 2024 über 200 Kunden zu erreichen. Genau dafür brauchen wir DICH, um unser Team zu komplementieren. Ebenfalls baut die Geschäftsführung parallel eine zweites Start-up - yoursquares GmbH - im Bereich des digitalen Immobilienvertriebs auf, wo du auch mitwirken könntest.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verwaltest selbstständig die Instagram, Facebook und TikTok-Accounts zahlreicher Restaurants deutschlandweit
- Du betreust Social-Media-Projekte und bist für die Post-Planung verantwortlich
- Du übernimmst das Onboarding und die eigenständige Kommunikation mit neuen Kund:innen
- Du konzipierst und erstellst professionelle Grafikdesigns, Reels und TikTok Videos
- Du pflegst die Online-Community auf den Social-Media-Accounts unserer Kund:innen
- Du entwickelst die Social-Media-Strategie für deine Kund:innen und setzt diese um
- Du agierst als Hauptansprechperson für bis zu 20 Kund:innen
- Du setzt organische und bezahlte Werbekampagnen um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst im Bereich Marketing, Social-Media-Marketing, Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Du besitzt im besten Fall erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Social Media Management, Content Creation, Reels, TikTok, Fotografie, Videografie, Webdesign oder Grafikdesign
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Social-Media-Marketing oder in der Marketingabteilung einer Werbeagentur oder eines Unternehmens gesammelt
- Du punktest durch kreative Ideen, hast Spaß an der Gestaltung von Texten und begeisterst dich für Social Media
- Du zeichnest durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten aus
- Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
