Projektleiter im Bereich Assistenzsysteme & Autonomes Fahren (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest am Standort München und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Domain Assistenzsysteme & Autonomes Fahren
- Du übernimmst die Planung, Optimierung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Assistenzsysteme & Autonomes Fahren und arbeitest dabei eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zur Weiterentwicklung der Domain zusammen
- Im Rahmen der Projektleitung übernimmst du die (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Produkten & Services im Bereich Assistenzsysteme & Autonomes Fahren
- Projektinhalte: Qualifizierung und Risikomodellierung von ADAS und automatisierten Fahrzeugsystemen (L3/L4)
- Du verantwortest im Bereich ADAS die Produktentwicklung und Dienstleistungen rund ums Testing, Datenuntersuchungen und Fahrzeug-Benchmarking
- Du führst interdisziplinäre Teams aus Ingenieur:innen & Innovation/Projekt Manager:innen
- Du erkennst eigenständig neue Business Opportunities, gehst offen und motiviert mit Kund:innen und deren Produktideen um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Automotive, Mobilitätsdienstleister, Entwicklungsdienstleister, Tier1 Automotive Zulieferer, technische Beratung und bist Absolvent:in der Elektrotechnik, IT/Software-Entwicklung, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnlicher Ausbildungsgrade
- Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Assistenzsysteme & Autonomes Fahren (Automatisierungssysteme (L1-L5), Wissen rund ums autonome Fahren, Sensorik Know-How, Testing, Datenplattformen) und umfangreiche Erfahrung hinsichtlich Führungsverantwortung mit
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und ergreifst die Initiative
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein sicheres Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
