Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst eine Thesis zu Einsatzmöglichkeiten von RPA in der städtischen oder kommunalen Verwaltung
- Du identifizierst bestehende Ansätze bzw. bestehender Lösungen im Markt
- Du erarbeitest Prozesse inkl. Priorisierung, welche für eine Automatisierung von RPA geeignet sind
- Du konzeptionierst und ggf. pilotierst eine eigene RPA-Anwendung (mit UiPath oder MS Power Automate)
- Du erstellst ein Whitepapers als Zusammenfassung und Ausblick der erarbeiteten Thesis

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du absolvierst derzeit dein Studium in der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und schnelles Verständnis von komplexen Zusammenhängen aus
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen (Python, PowerShell o.ä.) und/oder weiteren Programmiersprachen wie C#, Visual Basic, (Java, C++)
- Du hast eine Begeisterung für visionäre, innovative Themen und Lust, die Zukunft der Arbeitswelt aktiv mitzugestalten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
