Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kümmern sich um die Auftragsabwicklung im Bereich „Vermarktung von Werbeflächen auf Tankstellen“ und „Dienstleistungen auf Tankstellen"
- Sie betreuen unsere Vertragspartner (Ölgesellschaften) und Dienstleister
- Sie bearbeiten Serviceanfragen per Telefon und Mail
- Sie übernehmen die Erfassung und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten
- Sie erstellen und kalkulieren Angebote
- Sie holen Lieferantenangebote ein
- Sie übernehmen die Überwachung und Nachverfolgung laufender Projekte und Aufträge

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen
- Sie haben idealerweise mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung als kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d)
- Sie haben sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sie bringen Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken mit
- Sie besitzen ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie besitzen Kontaktfreudigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sie haben Spaß am Telefonieren
- Sie verfügen über ein kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
