Was erwartet dich?
- Du sorgst mit deinen Teamkollegen dafür, dass unsere angeschlossenen Banken erreichbar sind
- Du nimmst Telefonate von Bankkunden (m/w/d) entgegen und kümmerst dich um deren Anliegen
- Du gibst Auskünfte zur Bank und deren Produkten und berätst zu den Themen rund um Konten, Berechtigungen und Zahlungsverkehr
- Du vereinbarst Termine mit den Bankberatern (m/w/d) und leistest Hilfestellung bei Anwendungsproblemen im Online- und Mobile-Banking
- Du bearbeitest die Anfragen der Bankkunden (m/w/d) auch im Chat oder via E-Mail

- Du verfügst idealerweise über erste Erfahrung in einem Callcenter oder einem Kundenservicecenter
- Du hast vielleicht schon bankfachliche Kenntnisse oder bist offen für eine umfassende Einarbeitung in bankfachliche Fragen
- Du bist service- und lösungsorientiert und hast Spaß am direkten Kundenkontakt
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
