Unser Unternehmen sucht ab sofort einen Bauleiter für Feinplanung & Glasfasernetze (m/w/d). Du wirst gemeinsam mit deinem Team in Holzkirchen arbeiten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust Baustellen vom ersten Spatenstich bis zur Bauabnahme inklusive Kosten – und Terminverfolgung
- Du verhandelst mit Generalübernehmern, Baufirmen und Lieferanten und stimmst dich mit Gemeindevertretern ab
- Du beantragst Bau- und Trassierungsgenehmigungen und führst Rechnungsprüfung und Baucontrolling durch
- Du übernimmst die Bauüberwachung und die Prozessoptimierung und erstellst Bestandsdaten sowie die entsprechende Dokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projekt- und/oder Bauleitung bevorzugt im Tiefbau sowie über Erfahrung im Umgang mit Geoinformations-Systemen (GIS)
- Du besitzt idealerweise gute Kenntnisse relevanter Gesetze, Normen, Richtlinien, sowie Genehmigungsverfahren und Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Glasfasertechnik
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, dein ausgeprägtes Planungs- und Organisationstalent sowie durch deine Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft im Raum Oberbayern, vorwiegend im Großraum München aus
- Deine guten Deutschkenntnisse, gerne auch weitere Fremdsprachen und dein Durchsetzungsvermögen machen dich zu einem verhandlungssicheren Gesprächspartner
- Deine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B rundet dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
