Was erwartet Sie?
- Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit unterstützen Sie unser Recruiting Team beim operativen Tagesgeschäft, wie der Suche nach neuen Mitarbeiter:innen und den damit verbundenen Maßnahmen.
- Sie übernehmen das Bewerbermanagement hinsichtlich der Terminierung von Kandidatengespräche und fordern fehlende Unterlagen an.
- Sie verfassen Stellenausschreibungen und führen nach einer anfänglichen Einarbeitungszeit erste Telefoninterviews.
- Im Bereich des Community-Managements teilen Sie offene Vakanzen auf unterschiedlichen Netzwerken und Plattformen.
- Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Assessment-Centern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Aktuell sind Sie an einer Hochschule oder Universität in Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Vertiefung Personal oder vergleichbar immatrikuliert und haben Lust, Ihr theoretisch erlerntes Wissen in der Praxis anzuwenden.
- Im Idealfall haben Sie bereits ein Praktikum im Personalbereich absolviert.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte MS-Office-Kenntnisse aus.
- Als kommunikatives Organisationstalent mit hoher Lernbereitschaft sind Sie die perfekte Verstärkung für unser Team.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
