Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Priorisierung und Durchführung von SEO-Strategien und Maßnahmen für unsere Kund:innen
- Du stehst in regelmäßigem Austausch mit externen Stakeholder:innen und den Inhouse-Teams unserer Kund:innen
- Du überwachst eigenverantwortlich SEO-KPIs, erstellst SEO-Analysen sowie Reportings und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen ab
- Du unterstützt beim Projektmanagement und der Weiterentwicklung von Kund:innen-Accounts
- Du gibst dein Wissen an deine Kolleg:innen und hilfst dabei unsere eigenen Prozesse zu verbessern
- Du präsentierst unseren Kund:innen die Erfolge und Arbeitsergebnisse und vermittelst Wissen in Workshops

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kannst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO) nachweisen
- Du beherrschst SEO-Tools wie Sistrix, Google-Search-Console oder Screaming Frog im Schlaf
- Du kannst auch mit komplexeren SEO-Themen (JavaScript, Informationsarchitektur, Crawling-Optimierung etc.) umgehen
- Du hast ein datengetriebenes Mindset mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
- Du gibst dich mit dem Status-Quo nicht zufrieden und möchtest dich und unser Team permanent weiterentwickeln.
- SEO ist deine Leidenschaft und du hast Lust mit Gleichgesinnten und SEO-Expert:innen zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, trittst selbstsicher auf und hast Lust für uns und unsere Kund:innen etwas zu bewegen

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
