In der Rolle als Karosseriebauer für Reparaturarbeiten an KFZ (m/w/d) bist Du ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Teams. Du bist verantwortlich für die präzise, termingerechte und qualitätsbewusste Bearbeitung von Reparaturaufträgen. Deine Arbeit trägt direkt zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.
Das erwartet Dich:
- Du bearbeitest Reparaturaufträge gemäß der vorliegenden Instandsetzungsaufträge gleichbleibend präzise, termingerecht und qualitätsbewusst
- Du führst Demontage- und Montagearbeiten an Kraftfahrzeugen (vorrangig des VW-Konzerns) inklusive der notwendigen Fahrzeugvermessung, Karosserieinstandsetzung und Richtarbeiten durch
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben wie Aus- und/oder Umrüsten von Fahrzeugen mit Zubehörteilen sowie kleinere Lackausbesserungen
- Du bist den neuen Herausforderungen der rasanten technischen Entwicklung unserer Fahrzeuge jederzeit gewachsen

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Karosseriebauer (m/w/d) oder Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Karosserietechnik
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrungen in allen einschlägigen Arbeiten der Karosserie-Instandsetzung
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich der VW-Konzernmarken
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
