In your role, you will join our Core Data team and help us develop our platform's backbone, which supports all customer and internal applications. You will assist the team with developing and maintaining our platform. Under guidance from experienced engineers, you will bring and apply your enthusiasm and creativity to developing our product offering and improving our processes, as well as daily operations.
Your Responsibilities
- You write data processing scripts with Python to collect, store, manage and check core company data
- You monitor data pipelines
- You test and validate data operations
- You provide first line support for internal and external users
- You research new tools and libraries and document them for the team
- You create and manage customer dashboards
- You maintain and extend platform and process documentation

- You are studying Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar
- You are familiar with Python and SQL
- You are quick and pragmatic in learning new systems

We bring Amazon Prime to spare parts fulfillment. We are developing a SaaS enabled platform, which superpowers machinery manufacturers to handle their spare parts logistics. Production downtimes come at extreme cost. Thus, instant availability of spare parts to fix machinery is a top priority for machinery operators. Machinery manufacturers, however, are not good at providing stellar, “amazon-style” logistics - it’s not their core business. It often takes days and weeks rather than hours to ship parts. That’s why today, machinery operators are forced to buy spare parts upfront and keep them on stock in order to have them available at an instant. This creates high cost of warehousing and working capital. We are changing that: We enable machinery manufacturers with a plug-and-play logistics infrastructure via our platform and our tightly-knit network of partners and warehouses around the globe. This way even the smallest manufacturer can deliver their customers instant, world-class service - and operators don‘t need to buy spare parts upfront anymore! In the past months we have leveraged our industry network to line up customers, warehouse providers and technology specialists. We have secured significant funding from some of the best angels and VC investors in Europe and filled our ranks with the smartest minds in the space. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
