Was erwartet dich?
- Du prüfst die Ausschreibungsvoraussetzungen und erarbeitest und stellst Bewerbungsunterlagen zusammen
- Du recherchierst und stellst Referenzen und notwendige Nachweise zusammen und kontrollierst die Qualität der Angebotsunterlagen
- Die Erstellung von der notwendigen Angebotsstrukturen/Angebotspräsentationen mit Kalkulationen erstellst du selbständig.
- Du administrierst, pflegst und steuerst externe Ausschreibungsplattformen sowie angebotsrelevante Standarddokumente und Templates
- Du begleitest die Ausschreibung über den gesamten Sales-Zyklus und legst frühzeitigen den Grundstein für langfristigen Erfolg und steuerst aktive die Ausschreibung u. a. durch Bieterfragen oder auch weitere rechtliche Masssnahmen
- Du dokumentierst und pflegst kunden- und projektrelevante Daten in unserem CRM dabei überwachst du den Sales-Zyklus und die Qualitätssicherung
- Du erstellst monatliche Reportings und unterstützt das Key-Account-Management / Vertriebsteam

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
