Unser Unternehmen ist spezialisiert auf professionelles Eventmanagement und bietet umfassende Lösungen für die Organisation und Durchführung von Events. Von der Entwicklung von ansprechenden Event-Webseiten und E-Mail-Kampagnen bis hin zu innovativen Seating-Tools und Check-in-Apps, setzen wir auf moderne Technologien, um ein nahtloses Veranstaltungserlebnis zu gewährleisten.

Dazu bauen wir mithilfe des Frameworks “Next.js” Web-Frontends. Oft haben diese eigene Logiken für das jeweilige Event. z.B. Buchung von Eventslots vor Ort. Diese Frontends kommunizieren direkt mit der API unserer Python App. Dabei werden immer wieder Anmeldeformulare mit verschiedenen Designs und Funktionen gebaut. Wir haben auch noch weitere spannende React Apps, die auf diese API aufbauen Um dabei mithelfen zu können, wäre Kenntnisse in Javascript und React wichtig.
Das Deployment der App funktioniert über Docker Container in Kubernetes. Kenntnisse zu Docker oder sogar Kubernetes sind also “nice to have”.

Was erwartet dich?

Event-Webseiten und E-Mail-Entwicklung:
• Entwurf und Implementierung von attraktiven, responsiven Webseiten
für Events.
• Integration von E-Mail-Kampagnen, um Teilnehmende zu informieren
und engagieren.

Seating-Tool:
• Aktive Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Optimierung eines
Seating-Tools.
• Gewährleistung einer intuitiven Benutzeroberfläche für die effiziente
Sitzplatzvergabe.

Check-in-App:
• Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung einer Check-in-App für Veranstaltungen.
• Implementierung von Funktionen zur reibungslosen Erfassung und
Verwaltung von Teilnehmenden.

Bonus: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Backend:
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Python für kleinere Backend-
Anpassungen und -Integrationen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
