Praktikum für Sales und Marketing in einem Start-up (m/w/d)
Als Sales & Marketing Intern (m/w/d) arbeitest du im engen Austausch mit dem Sales Manager (m/w/d) und unserem CEO an allen kommerziellen Themen zum Aufbau des Unternehmens, wie der Akquisition von Kunden und der Repräsentation unseres Unternehmens nach außen. Da wir ein dynamisches Start-up sind, ist dein Fokus sehr flexibel und kein Arbeitstag gleicht dem anderen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Ausarbeitung von Vertriebsstrategie und Kundenkommunikationen und verantwortest deine eigenen strategischen Projekte im Sales-Bereich, z.B. die Ausarbeitung relevanter KPI-Sets für die individuellen Sales-Aktivitäten
- Du wirkst bei der Erarbeitung von Prozessen und Kundenangeboten entlang des Customer Life Cycles (z.B. Training und Kundenservice nach Onboarding) mit
- Du verwaltest unseren Markenauftritt in diversen digitalen Kanälen (Linkedin, Instagram, Website) oder auf Messen/sonstigen Veranstaltungen
- Du begleitest Projekte zur Skalierung und Optimierung unserer Sales-Aktivitäten und -Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst einen betriebswirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bachelor- und/oder Master- oder Diplomstudiengang und hast im Idealfall bereits praktische Erfahrung in Form von einem Praktikum in einem dynamischen, digital getriebenen Umfeld gesammelt (z.B., Start-up, Technologie-unternehmen, Unternehmensberatung)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert als auch ergebnisorientiert und wägst ab, wann Pragmatismus und wann fundierte Analysen notwendig sind und hast eine Leidenschaft für Vertrieb und Unternehmertum sowie eine offene und klare Kommunikation
- Du bist neugierig und lösungsorientiert, überlegst dir gerne, wie neue Abläufe und Lösungen optimal aussehen können oder bestehende Ansätze verbessert werden können
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Menschen, kannst dich gut an unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner und Settings anpassen und bist bereit, Dinge anzugehen, die außerhalb deines Fachgebiets liegen, dich aus deiner Comfort Zone zu bewegen und die Extrameile mit dem Team zu gehen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch und bist flexibel in Bezug auf deinen Arbeitsplatz (sowohl remote als auch vor Ort in München möglich)

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
