Werkstudenten in der Personalabteilung (m/w/d).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Personal-Projektteam bei der Optimierung der Personalmanagementsoftware des Herstellers Rexx Systems
- Du gestaltest aktiv bei der Dokumentation und Modellierung neuer Prozesse in der Personalabteilung mit
- Du führst Schulungen und Präsentationen durch
- Du arbeitest in der Abwicklung des Bewerbermanagements (Veröffentlichen von Stellenanzeigen, Bearbeiten von eingehenden Bewerbungen, Bewerberkorrespondenz) mit
- Du übernimmst die Digitalisierung und Pflege des Mitarbeiterportals
- Du unterstützt das Team im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei internen Projekten

- Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du besitzt idealerweise Kenntnisse im Rexx System
- Du bringst Sensibilität für Themen des Datenschutzes und der Informationssicherheit mit
- Du interessierst dich für IT-Themen
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verschwiegenheit aus
- Deine guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit sehr guten Deutsch- (Level C1 oder höher) und Englischkenntnissen (Level B2 oder höher) runden dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
