Was erwartet dich?

  • Du bist für die Omni-Channel Content-Erstellung zuständig, u.a. für Employer Branding, PR, Social, Web, Außenwerbung, Mailings & Live-Talks
  • Du entwickelst die Marketingstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Du erstellst zielgruppenspezifischen Content und übernimmst die Umsetzung der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Du unterstützt bei Projekten, Events und Messen und bist dabei die Schnittstelle zur internen Kommunikation
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zu Journalisten, Fachmedien, Lokalpresse und baust unser Netzwerk stetig aus
  • Du entwickelst innovative Ideen und Kampagnen für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sowie für alle Mitarbeitenden 
  • Du konzipierst den Ausbau und die Optimierung unseres Webauftritts
  • Du übernimmst Textkonzeption, -erstellung und -management

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du bringst mind. 4-5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B Marketing, idealerweise im Immobilien- und/oder Dienstleistungsbereich mit
  • Du bist Profi mit gängigen Onlinemarketing-Tools (z.B. Google-Analytics), der Adobe Creative Suite, Website-Tools (z.B. WordPress) und Social Media Channels (v.a. LinkedIn und Instagram)
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und deine Arbeitsweise ist konzeptionell, frisch und lösungsorientiert
  • Du kannst dich schnell in neue Prozesse einarbeiten und stellst den idealen Workflow im Team sicher
  • Du bist geprägt von Ehrgeiz, Flexibilität sowie einer intensiven Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Du zählst Analytik und eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu deinen Stärken
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
