Fräser für Schilder und Konstruktionsteile (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du fräst und gravierst Schilder, Frontplatten und Werbeschriftzüge aus Metall, Kunststoff und anderen Materialien in Einzel- und Serienfertigung
- Du fräst unterschiedlichste Konstruktionsteile aus Aluminium und Kunststoff
- Du übernimmst die selbstständige, korrekte Einrichtung und Bedienung der CNC-Maschinen sowie Übernahme der entsprechenden Steuerung
- Du kümmerst dich um eventuelle Programmanpassungen eigenverantwortlich
- Du verantwortest die Endbearbeitung der Produkte wie entgraten, reinigen und sortieren
- Du reinigst und pflegst regelmäßig Maschinen im eigenen Arbeitsbereich
- Du kontrollierst und dokumentierst gefertigte Teile abschließend gewissenhaft nach Zeichnung
- Du bringst dich mit deinem Know-How in die Optimierung der bestehenden Programme im Team ein und sorgst in stetiger Abstimmung mit der Abteilungs- und Fertigungsleitung für einen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung wie CNC-Zerspaner / Fräser (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung in dem Berufsfeld mit
- Du zeigst Interesse an einer Tätigkeit in einem abwechslungsreichen Bereich
- Du verfügst über handwerkliches Geschick, technisches Verständnis, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten im Team
- Du punktest mit einer zuverlässigen, präzisen Arbeitsweise und einem sorgfältigen Umgang mit Werkzeugen, Messmitteln und Maschinen
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
