Was erwartet dich?
- Unterstützung im Contract Management bei der Nachverfolgung der wichtigsten Vertragsparameter sowie Pflege des Contract Registers
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des betrieblichen Einkaufswesens
- Im Rahmen des Claim Management Mitwirkung des Fristenmanagement sowie Datenerfassung und -analyse
- Unterstützung im Versicherungsmanagement
- Vorbereitung interner Claim-Reviews
- Koordination und Steuerung der Schnittstellenkommunikation mit den internen Fachabteilungen bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
- Projektmitverantwortung zur Initiierung und Steuerung von Prozessverbesserungen im Bereich Commercial Management
- Mitwirkung bei Planungs- und Budgetprozessen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student/in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise BWL, VWL oder Recht, und bereits mindestens im 4. Semester des Bachelor-Studiums, gerne bereits im Master-Studium
- Erste Berufserfahrungen in der kommerziellen Vertragsprüfung und -gestaltung
- Vorzugsweise erste Kenntnisse in der Projektarbeit sowie im Vertragsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint und allen gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und (Vertrags-)Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität, Serviceorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

About Veja Mate Offshore Project GmbH
Unser Unternehmen ist Genehmigungsinhaberin und Betreiberin eines Offshore-Windparks in der deutschen ausschließlichen Wirtschaftszone der Nordsee, rund 95 km nordwestlich der Insel Borkum. Seit Juni 2017 produziert der Windpark mit seinen 67 Windturbinen rund 1,6 Mrd. kWh Strom pro Jahr und versorgt dabei ca. 450.000 Haushalte in Deutschland mit erneuerbarer Energie. Am Unternehmenssitz Oststeinbek bei Hamburg befinden sich u.a. die Geschäftsleitung sowie die technischen und kaufmännischen Fachabteilungen, die in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Servicepartnern den reibungslosen Betrieb des 402 MW Windpark managen. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
