Deine Mission
- Du unterstützt unser Projektmanagement bei der Implementierung der Ersatzteillogistik unserer Kunden in den Distributionszentren unserer 3PL Partner
- Du hilfst bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen bei den 3PL Partnern und Kunden mit
- Du gestaltest aktiv die Anbindung und das Onboarding neuer 3PL Partner mit
- Gemeinsam mit dem Operations Team hilfst du beim Aufbau eines Systems zur Überwachung operativer Prozesse bei unseren 3PL Partnern und stellst die Einhaltung unserer vereinbarten SLAs sicher
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau eines Reporting Systems für unsere 3PL Partner und Kunden und führst mit den gewonnenen Daten Analysen durch

Dein Profil
- Du studierst Ingenieurwissenschaften, Logistik, Business Administration oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Logistik-Bereich oder in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern gesammelt
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit viel Eigeninitiative aus
- Im Umgang mit Prozessen und Abläufen sowie Zahlen und Statistiken fühlst du dich wohl
- Du bist kommunikativ und meisterst auch schwierige Gesprächssituationen diplomatisch und zielorientiert

We bring Amazon Prime to spare parts fulfillment. We are developing a SaaS enabled platform, which superpowers machinery manufacturers to handle their spare parts logistics. Production downtimes come at extreme cost. Thus, instant availability of spare parts to fix machinery is a top priority for machinery operators. Machinery manufacturers, however, are not good at providing stellar, “amazon-style” logistics - it’s not their core business. It often takes days and weeks rather than hours to ship parts. That’s why today, machinery operators are forced to buy spare parts upfront and keep them on stock in order to have them available at an instant. This creates high cost of warehousing and working capital. We are changing that: We enable machinery manufacturers with a plug-and-play logistics infrastructure via our platform and our tightly-knit network of partners and warehouses around the globe. This way even the smallest manufacturer can deliver their customers instant, world-class service - and operators don‘t need to buy spare parts upfront anymore! In the past months we have leveraged our industry network to line up customers, warehouse providers and technology specialists. We have secured significant funding from some of the best angels and VC investors in Europe and filled our ranks with the smartest minds in the space. Now we are entering the "hot phase": we are building the first version of our platform and implementing our first 10 customers along the way. And for this we need YOUR HELP!

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
