Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium oder Architekturstudium mit Praxis in den LPH 6-8 und Wissen in der Industriebautechnik, idealerweise auch in der Haustechnik, sowie über erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von Bau-Projekten mit realitätsfestem Umsetzungswissen
- Sie haben Kompetenz und Spaß an der Gesamtverantwortung für das Bau-Projekt; qualitativ, terminlich, wirtschaftlich
- Sie sind befähigt, fachlich und vor allem persönlich, ein qualifiziertes Team aus Architekten, Projektkaufleuten und Bauleitern zu koordinieren
- Sie zählen Durchsetzungsvermögen als auch Fingerspitzengefühl im Kontakt mit den Bauverantwortlichen, externen Fachleuten und Nachunternehmern zu Ihren Stärken
- Sie zeichnet ein engagiertes, offenes, authentisches Auftreten aus und begeistern sich mit Herzblut für Projektmanagement und -leitung
- Sie beherrschen verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
