Dieser berufsbegleitende Master ist die ideale Vorbereitung auf eine angestrebte Position im Vertrieb und Management und bietet eine ausgezeichnete Kombination aus Sales Consulting und Digital Technology Management!

Als Entwicklungspartner, Beschaffungsspezialist und Systemlieferant bündelt REIFF technische Kompetenz. Mehr als 140.000 Produkte aus den Bereichen Antriebstechnik, Dichtungstechnik, Klebetechnik, Kunststofftechnik, Profiltechnik, Schlauchtechnik und Schwingungsdämpfung runden das Portfolio ab.
Ergänzend zum Produktspektrum des globalen Lieferantennetzwerks aus Marken-und Spezialanbietern, wird durch gezielte Eigenfertigung auch Herstellerkompetenz mit eingebracht.
Was erwartet dich?
- Innerhalb von 18-24 Monaten bereitest Du Dich durch einen bereichsspezifischen Einsatz im Vertrieb oder Kundenservice optimal auf Deinen Berufseinstieg vor
- Du berichtest an die jeweilige Bereichsleitung, verantwortest und gestaltest aktiv bereichsspezifische Projekte und setzt diese anschießend anhand der strategischen Zielstellung im Unternehmen operativ um.
- Neben deinem bereichsspezifischen Schwerpunkt sammelst Du auch Erfahrung durch Tauscheinsätze in anderen Unternehmensbereichen.
- Du bist eine wesentliche Schnittstelle zwischen den einzelnen Funktionsbereichen und stehst somit in einem ständigen Erfahrungsaustausch mit anderen Trainees.
- Deine berufliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung wird vom ersten Tag an durch Workshops unterschiedlicher Themen begleitet.
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren an der ESB Business School in Reutlingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der ESB Business School Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreicher Bachelor-Abschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
- Erste Praxiserfahrung durch Berufserfahrung oder Praktika
- Menschenorientierung: Menschen begegnest Du mit Offenheit und Du hast Freude, bereichsübergreifende Erfahrung zu sammeln und gemeinsam Neues zu lernen.
- Soft Skills: Du zeichnest Dich über eine zielorientierte und initiative Arbeitsweise aus. Gleichzeitig verfügst Du über eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe, Zahlenverständnis sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- IT-Know-How: Der Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen (SAP, Office 365) ist für Dich selbstverständlich
- Sprachen: Du weist sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates. This section in our help center may support you during the application process.
