Für unser Partnerunternehmen - eine internationale Unternehmensberatung für die Automobilbranche und andere Industrie-Zweige - suchen wir duale Masterstudenten (m/w/d) für das Programm "Digital Business Management (M.Sc.)" in Kombination mit dem Jobeinstieg als Ingenieur (m/w/d) für Cyber Security Lösungen.
Was erwartet dich?
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen (insgesamt 65 Tage)
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der Fakultät Informatik und ESB Business School der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Module zu Themen wie Entwicklung digitaler Strategien, Geschäftsmodelle und Customer Experiences, Innovative Technologien (Künstliche Intelligenz, Big Data, IoT, etc.), Umsetzungskompetenzen in Bezug auf Strategieentwicklung und Change Management
- Optionales Auslandsmodul in Israel oder Finnland
- Eine tolle (Lern-)Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen
Parallel dazu kannst du dein neu erlerntes Wissen direkt in die Praxis umsetzen und von Anfang an Verantwortung übernehmen.
Folgende Aufgaben kommen hierbei unter anderem auf dich zu:
- Du verbindest und entwickelst Cyber Security Lösungen mit fahrzeugnaher Datenverarbeitung für Fahrzeuge im Premiumbereich
- Entwicklung von Backendsystemen, um das digitale Fahrzeug vor Angriffen zu schützen
- Mitverantwortung für die Gesamtstrecke vom Fahrzeug über Backendsysteme bis zum Security Operations Center
- Durch deine Impulse gestaltest du das sichere digitale Fahrzeug von Morgen mit und entwickelst weltweit nutzbare Prozesse für eine sichere Mobilität
- Unterstützung in der operativen Bereitstellung von Nutzungsrechten an internationale Kunden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen (informations-)technischen Bachelorabschluss (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieur, technische BWL, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik mit mind. 15 ECTS BWL-Anteil)
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B2 gem. GER)
- Interesse und idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich der IT Security (bspw. Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Systemarchitekturen, Application Security und Secure Software Development)
- Grundlagen in der Fahrzeugvernetzung und Fahrzeugdiagnose sind wünschenswert aber nicht zwingend notwendig
- Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
