Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Fachplanung elektrotechnischer Systeme für Projekte im Wohnungsbau, der Industrie und im Gewerbe gemäß der HOAI-Leistungsphasen.
- Sie setzen Ihre Planungen präzise in CAD (z.B. AutoCAD) um und erstellen technische Berechnungen für Anlagen wie Beleuchtung, Blitzschutz oder Photovoltaik.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Bauleitern und ausführenden Fachkräften und stellen einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicher.
- Sie erstellen Massenermittlungen als Grundlage für Ausschreibungen und wirken bei der Vergabe mit.
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Bauüberwachung vor Ort, verantworten die technische Dokumentation und begleiten die Projekte bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Qualifikation als Meister/in, Techniker/in oder einen Bachelor-Abschluss im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Fachplaner/in oder Bauleiter/in mit und sind vertraut mit den HOAI-Leistungsphasen sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sowie einer gängigen CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD, DIALux oder EPLAN) sind Sie versiert.
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Serviceorientierung und eine hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
