- Du übernimmst die operative & strategische Verantwortung für alle MYPOSTER Performance Marketing Kanäle: SEA inkl. Shopping und Display, Paid Social, Retargeting & App Campaigns
- Du bist absoluter SEA-Profi und brennst dafür Dich immer in die neuesten Entwicklungen reinzufuchsen und sie erfolgreich zu implementieren
- Du verantwortest ein 8-stelliges Budget, legst Performance-Strategien in allen Kanälen & Märkten fest und stellst das Erreichen der Performance-Ziele sicher
- Du bist eine Herzblut-Führungskraft und führst unser internationales Performance Marketing Team und baust es weiter auf
- Du hast Spaß daran mit Deinem Team neue Kanäle & Tools zu testen und hast innovative Ideen, um unsere Performance immer weiter zu optimieren
- Du bist gerne hands-on mittendrin und unterstützt Dein Team im operativen Geschäft

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Performance Marketing Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Umfeld mit
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt und brennst für Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Teamaufbau oder bist hochmotiviert als Führungskraft durchzustarten
- Du hast Erfahrung mit der Verantwortung von hohen SEA-Budgets
- Du kennst Dich bestens mit Google Analytics, Bid Management und den verschiedenen Performance Kampagnenarten, wie Search, PMax, Shopping und Display aus
- Du bist mega analytisch, hast Spaß an Zahlen und kniffligen Problemstellungen und bist auch im konzeptionellen Denken stark
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch und zeichnest Dich durch eine klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
