Als Akquisiteur für die Kundenbetreuung (m/w/d) bist du der Schlüssel zu unserem Erfolg im Vertrieb. Du übernimmst die Betreuung unserer Industriekunden und trägst somit zum Wachstum und zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen bei. Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden auf und sorgst für deren Zufriedenheit
- Du führst Jahresgespräche, stellst Veränderungen in den Versicherungsverträgen vor und planst die Aktivitäten für das gesamte Jahr
- Du ermittelst kontinuierlich den Versicherungsbedarf deiner Kunden und steuerst deren Anpassung
- Du bist nicht nur im Außendienst, sondern auch im Schadenfall vor Ort und ermöglichst es unseren Kunden, sich auf ihr Kerngeschäft zu konzentrieren
- Du arbeitest engagiert und selbstständig an der Erreichung der Unternehmensziele

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium absolviert und bereits Erfahrung im Versicherungsvertrieb gesammelt
- Du kennst den Versicherungsmarkt und kannst Kunden sowohl telefonisch als auch vor Ort beraten
- Du bist flexibel und einsatzbereit und dein Handeln ist unternehmerisch geprägt
- Du hast Kenntnisse rund um die Industrie und kannst in Kundengesprächen glänzen
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
