Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftsmodells mit.
- Du begleitest und unterstützt die Kundenberatung und -betreuung vom Kennenlernen, über das Onboarding bis hin zur Long-Term-Beziehung.
- Du nimmst an Kundenterminen und Onboardings teil und erlebst wie die Beratung funktioniert.
- Du bist für die Betreuung und für den Ausbau unserer Bestandskunden mitverantwortlich.
- Du lernst den Umgang mit unserem Tool und realisierst eigenständig Projekte für unsere Kunden.
- Du lernst den Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Software-Anwendungen für Datenmanagement, Projektmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement.
- Du erstellst eigene Projekte, an denen Du Dich selbst verwirklichen kannst und die uns im Customer Success voranbringen.

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
