Was erwartet dich?
- Du kümmerst dich um die Planung, Recherche und Umsetzung von Text-, Bild- und Videobeiträgen für unsere Kanäle
- Du erstellst Text- und Bildbeiträge mit informativem Content zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen und aktuellen Urteilen
- Du erzielst durch strategische Content-Planung Wachstum auf den aktiven Social-Media-Kanälen
- Du interagierst regelmäßig mit Follower:innen auf den verschiedenen Kanälen und beantwortest dabei Nachrichten und Kommentare
- Du behältst die Zahlen und Performance der Social-Media-Kanäle im Blick und leitest anhand der Auswertungen Learnings für die Content-Gestaltung ab
- Du sorgst durch passende Beiträge auf den verschiedenen Kanälen für eine Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Social-Media- und/oder Content-Bereich gesammelt
- Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit Social-Media-Kanälen wie Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & Co.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und beherrscht Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Du zeichnest dich durch dein strategisches Denken und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und transparente Kommunikation aus
- Du bist aufgeschlossen, liebst es, im Team zu arbeiten, hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität und man kann sich immer auf dich verlassen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
