Werkstudent im Bereich User Experience & Produktmanagement (m/w/d)
Für das Produktmanagement suchen wir einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d). Der Fokus ist zu Beginn im Bereich User Experience und wird sich dann sukzessiv auf das ganze Produktspektrum erweitern. In unserem Team arbeitest du z.B. 10–20 Stunden pro Woche, die Zeit kann aber in Absprache mit dem Betreuer flexibel eingeteilt werden. Ein Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt im UI/UX-Design für verschiedene Zielgruppen, um eine benutzerfreundliche Bedienbarkeit unserer Produkte zu gewährleisten.
Ein aktuelles Projekt von uns befasst sich mit der Neuentwicklung der Kernkomponente des Modellierungstools Horus Enterprise als Web-Anwendung. Darüber hinaus wird im Rahmen des Produktmanagements unsere gesamte Produktpalette permanent weiterentwickelt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Marktforschung und -analyse: Wettbewerbsanalyse, Analyse der eigenen Marktposition, Stark- und Schwachstellenanalyse von vergleichbaren Geschäftsprozessmanagement-Tools
- Ansprechpartner:in in Produktmarketingbelangen nach innen und außen. Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien für die interne und externe Promotion des Produktangebots
- Aktive Kommunikation und Kooperation in der Abstimmung von Marketingaktivitäten mit dem Marketing und der Produktentwicklung
- Verwalten des Releaseplans, der in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und Produktentwicklung erarbeitet wird
- Mitwirkung in der Strukturierung und Definition des Produkt- und Serviceportfolios
- Analyse und Spezifikation von Anforderungen, Erstellung von UI-Mockups und Priorisierung der zugehörigen Entwicklungsaufgaben
- Erstellung und Gestaltung von Anwender- und Vertriebsdokumentationen für Softwareprodukte und Services
- Training und Coaching im praktischen Einsatz der Horus-Produkte für interne sowie Endkunden
- Erstellung von Trainingsmaterialien

- Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du kannst bei uns vor Ort Arbeiten, da Deine Universität oder Hochschule in unserer Umgebung ist
- Du hast Interesse an Informationsdesign, Usability und nutzerzentrierten Entwicklungsweisen
- Dir liegt das Gestalten von digitalen Benutzeroberflächen und du scheust dich nicht vor komplexen Anforderungen
- Du hast Verständnis für die Situation von Anwendern und kannst Nutzerwünsche empathisch nachvollziehen
- Du bist IT-affin und die Begriffe User Experience und Design Thinking sind dir nicht fremd
- Du hast bestenfalls Erfahrung mit HTML oder AngularJS
- Du beherrschst Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
