Als Hersteller von State of the Art-Software, Betreiber von Plattformen, sowie als Anbieter von zielgruppengerechter Beratung und Services entwickeln wir Webseiten zu einem Hub für erfolgreiches Online-Marketing, Content und Daten. Gemeinsam mit unseren Branchen-, Technologie- und Vertriebspartnern unterstützen wir Kleinunternehmen in der Digitalisierung Ihrer Geschäftsprozesse und Kommunikation.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Designteams und bist für dessen Entwicklung, Führung und Stärkung durch Mentoring und Coaching zuständig
- Du begleitest dein Team vom Konzept bis zur Veröffentlichung der Webseite
- Du bist für die Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Design-Outputs des Designteams zuständig
- Du bist verantwortlich für eine einheitliche Qualitätskontrolle und Sicherstellung der einzelnen Prozessschritte
- Du definierst, verfolgst und analysierst KPIs, die den Erfolg des Unternehmens gewährleisten
- Du übernimmst die Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotential zur Vereinfachung der Prozesse und der kontinuierlichen Steigerung von Webseitenqualität und -quantität
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen (Customer Service, Online-Marketing) zusammen und tauschst dich regelmäßig aus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über exzellente Design Skills und über Wissen zu allen Aspekten des Responsive Webdesign
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in WordPress und dem Gutenberg Block Editor
- Du verfügst über eine stark ausgeprägte positive Motivationsmentalität und Qualitäten in der Personalentwicklung
- Du kannst bereits Erfahrung in der Führung eines Designteams vorweisen
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis (HTML/CSS) und einen hohen Anspruch an die Designqualität
- Du besitzt ein sicheres und emphatisches Auftreten und bist entscheidungsfähig, zuverlässig und strebst nach einer ständigen Verbesserung
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und hast den Blick über den Tellerrand hinaus
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit, eine weitere Fremdsprache (Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch) ist von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
