Senior Demand Generation Manager B2B (m/f/d) - remote or hybrid
Your Responsibilities
- Drive growth by defining, developing, implementing and optimizing campaigns across digital channels to reach our target audience
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of campaigns – from brief and deliverables to set-up, nurturing workflows, measuring and optimizations
- Work closely with content writers, designers, marketing automation, community manager, video producers, webinar manager, SME’s, our digital marketing agency and more
- Own the demand generation campaign plan and calendar, informing and briefing the team and other relevant stakeholders on current and upcoming support for marketing campaigns
- Measure, analyze and report on the impact of paid marketing campaigns and provide guidance on future areas of investment and team learnings regarding what is driving revenue
- Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages and targeting
- Identify and evaluate new channels to reach our target market
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.

Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to get things done. You are driven by impact and want to be measured by results
- You have experience in managing campaigns across digital channels (paid ad platforms, blogs, review websites, communities and more), ideally for Europe and the U.S. market
- Excellent campaign management skills – briefing, planning, execution, owning the feedback loop, measuring and adjusting
- You have a strong opinion on how to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns within the B2B software space
- Continuous test-and-learn mentality
- Highly proficient at messaging and copywriting, turning complex topics into convincing stories that motivate people to take action
- Good mastery of landing pages best practices and Conversation Rate Optimization
- Previous experience with Hubspot, Hotjar and the Google online suite (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Optimize) will come in handy
- Experience working with various content formats such as videos, audio podcasts, etc.
- Exceptional written and communication skills, fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus
