Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist in der interdisziplinären, ingenieurwissenschaftlich geprägten Produktentwicklung im Bereich Alkali-Elektrolyse tätig
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Optimierung von Kosten und Leistung von Elektrolyseurelektroden
- Du planst, organisierst und wertest Tests für die Validierung und Bewertung der Entwicklungsarbeiten aus und übernimmst die Koordination zwischen Lieferant:innen, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
- Du verantwortest die Durchführung des technischen Änderungsmanagements, um Änderungen in der Produktion einzuführen
- Du sicherst den Wissenserhalt über den Stand der Technik und die Neuentwicklungen im Bereich der Elektrolyseurelektroden und Anwendung auf das Produkt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Diplom / Master) in Werkstoffwissenschaften, Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen oder verwandter Fachrichtung
- Du hast mehr als zwei Jahre industrielle oder akademische Erfahrung, vorzugsweise mit dem Fokus auf Elektrochemie, und bringst Erfahrungen mit galvanisierten Prozessen mit
- Du bist flexibel, teamfähig und kannst dich schnell und eigenständig in Themengebiete einarbeiten und auf ein dynamisches Umfeld einstellen
- Du überzeugst mit Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und der Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
- Du bist reisebereit und kannst dir auch vorstellen im Zuge deiner Arbeit im In- und Ausland zu verreisen
- Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
