Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die Direktansprache von Kandidat:innen im Digital- & Tech-Umfeld auf Plattformen wie bspw. Xing oder LinkedIn
- Du führst eigenständig Vorqualifizierungen von Kandidat:innen bspw. durch Erstgespräche durch
- Du unterstützt bei allgemeinen HR-Tätigkeiten wie bspw. Bewerbermanagement
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Fachbereiche und arbeitest eng mit ihnen zusammen

Dein Profil
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Active Sourcing von Vakanzen im Digital- & IT-Umfeld mit und Tools wie der Xing Talentmanager oder der LinkedIn Recruiter sind dir nicht fremd
- Du kennst verschiedene Suchstrategien und -verfahren und kannst diese auf diversen Kanälen anwenden, um Kandidat:innen zu identifizieren
- Du zählst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe & Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsstärke, Enthusiasmus und Hands-on-Mentalität zu deinen Stärken
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind ausgezeichnet in Wort und Schrift und dein Englisch ist gut
- Du bist ein:e echte:r Teamplayer:in

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
