Wir sind auf der Suche nach kommunikationsstarken Teamplayern, die gerne die Initiative ergreifen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise an den Tag legen. Als Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) sorgst du für neue Kund:innen im deutschen Markt, baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und bist Ambassador für unser Produkt.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du verstehst es, unsere Lösung mittels Demos den Interessenten zu präsentieren
  • Onboardings neuer Kund:innen werden von dir vereinbart und professionell durchgeführt
  • Leads generierst du in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Online-Marketing-Team im Handumdrehen
  • Für unsere B2B-Partner bist du die erste Ansprechperson und betreust sie über alle Kanäle hinweg (E-Mail, Telefon, Social Media usw.) 
  • Du überzeugst unsere potenziellen Leads und identifizierst ihre Problembereiche
  • Du pflegst unsere Daten in unser CRM-Tool (Pipedrive) ein und spielst Feedback an das Produkt-, Vertriebs- und Marketing-Team
  • Für ein zielführendes Kampagnenmanagement bist du verantwortlich

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
