Für unser Partnerunternehmen - einen innovatioven Software-Hersteller aus Böblingen - suchen wir einen dualen Masterstudenten (m/w/d) für das Programm Digital Business Management (M.Sc.) in Verbindung mit dem Jobeinstieg in der Anwendungsberatung.
Was erwartet dich?
Studium:
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der Fakultät Informatik und ESB Business School der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen
Folgende Aufgaben kommen hierbei unter anderem auf Dich zu:
- Betreuung der Anwender unserer Standardsoftware
- Qualitätsmanagement und Abstimmung mit der Entwicklungsabteilung
- Durchführung von Systemtests und Auslieferungen sowie Dokumentation von Hotfix-Versionen
- Assistenz bei der Durchführung von PIM- und E-Commerce-Projekten
- Mitarbeit an internen Projekten zur laufenden Softwareverbesserung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Weiterhin solltest du folgendes mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium, z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang mit BWL Anteilen von mind. 15 ECTS
- Nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen
- ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Management von IT-Projekten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Office-Produkten und Adobe InDesign
- Optional: Kenntnisse in Photoshop und Illustrator
- Eigenverantwortliche, teamorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten am Telefon
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
