Was erwartet dich?
- Du sorgst eigenverantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung, Planung und Optimierung der Website
- Du unterstützt unser Content-Marketing Team bei der Erstellung von passgenauem Content (Success Stories, Blogs, Newsletter-Beiträge etc.) für diverse Kanäle (Website, externe Medien, Social Media etc.)
- Du steuerst unsere Lead-Management-Maßnahmen mit dem Ziel, Reichweite und Marketing- bzw. Sales-Qualified Leads zu generieren
- In deiner Hand liegt die Pflege und das Management unserer Social-Media-Präsenz sowie die Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Xing)
- Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu unserer Performance Agentur und koordinierst die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Steuerung unserer SEO und SEA-Kampagnen
- Du erstellst das Controlling und Reporting aller durchgeführten Maßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Wenn du die oder der Richtige für uns bist, dann bist du begeisterungsfähig, verantwortungsbewusst und gewissenhaft; bist selbständiges und akkurates Arbeiten gewohnt und ein echter Teamplayer. Darüber hinaus bringst du folgende Qualifikationen mit:
- Du verfügst über Berufs- und/oder Projekterfahrung im Digital Marketing Umfeld sowie über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Online) Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienmanagement oder ähnliche Fachrichtung
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich digitale Kommunikation, Social Media Kampagnen und im Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie den gängigen Web-Analytics-Tools, insbesondere CMS WordPress sowie im Performance-Marketing
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, kommunikationsstarke und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, ein gutes analytisches Verständnis im Umgang mit Zahlen sowie ein Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein aus
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
