Was erwartet dich?
- Du befasst dich mit Kapitalmarktanwendungen von Distributed Ledger / Blockchain Technologie (DLT) & Kryptowährungen
- Du bearbeitest regulatorische Kapitalmarkt- und Infrastrukturthemen (z.B. CSDR, EMIR, MiFIDII/MiFIR, SRDII, PSDII, BAIT, MaRisk, T2-T2S, ECMS, MiCAR)
- Du bist an Börsensysteme / OTC-Systeme und -prozesse (Trading, Clearing, Settlement) für Finanzinstrumente und Commodities/Energy, Bankensysteme und -prozesse beteiligt
- Du kennst börsenrelevante Kommunikationsmedien und Nachrichtenstandards (z.B. SWIFT-Netzwerk, ISO 15022 und ISO 20022)
- Du beschäftigst dich mit der Informationssicherheit und Compliance in Finanzinstituten
- Du berätst zur Kapitalertragssteuer und der Einhaltung von Steuervorschriften

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung in den genannten Themengebieten, idealerweise in einer Beratungsfirma
- Du bist ein analytisch denkender und strukturierter Mensch, der Lust hat, in einer kleinen Firma etwas zu bewegen
- Du gehst professionell mit MS Office um und hast idealerweise schon Erfahrungen im Testen und Projektmanagement
- Du bringst Interesse am Kapitalmarkt mit, insbesondere zum Handel und der Abwicklung von Wertpapieren
- Du bist IT-affin und hast vorzugsweise Programmierkenntnisse
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
