Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest Digitalisierungs- oder Prozessoptimierungsprojekte – insbesondere in den Bereichen Kreditgeschäft, Wertpapiergeschäft und Zahlungsverkehr
- Du unterstützt die Projektleitung beim Projektmanagement und übernimmst die Rolle eines Business Analysts/ Engineers
- Du leistest Requirements Management/ Anforderungsmanagement, d.h. du erhebst, analysierst, spezifizierst und priorisierst fachliche Anforderungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen und IT
- Du berätst und begleitest unsere Kunden in der Erarbeitung ihrer digitalen Zielprozesse und denkst dabei End-to-End
- Du zeigst kompromissloses Engagement für die Ziele des Kunden, verbunden mit starker Lösungs- und Umsetzungsorientierung, selbstständiges Arbeiten, gepaart mit hoher Motivation und hohem Qualitätsanspruch, ist für dich selbstverständlich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in Bankprozessen, insbesondere im Kreditgeschäft, Wertpapiergeschäft und Zahlungsverkehr und bringst hier 2 bis 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung und als Basis ein wirtschafts- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.), mit
- Du kombinierst dein Fachwissen mit einem breiten Verständnis für IT-Prozesse – idealerweise in den Bereichen serviceorientierter Architektur, API Management, Cloud Technologie oder vergleichbarer Technologien
- Du bringst zwingend Beratungserfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über Methodenwissen in der Prozessanalyse, der Business Analyse, dem Testmanagement und dem Erstellen von Fachkonzepten bzw. IT-Vorgaben und hast Erfahrung in verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Stilen (bspw. agiles Projektmanagement)
- Du besitzt die im Beratungsumfeld notwendige Bereitschaft, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen, Spaß an Teamarbeit und am Umgang mit Menschen sowie eine gewisse projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Du rundest dein Profil durch sehr Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau ab und optional auch weiterführende IT-Skills (Programmiersprachen etc.)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
