- Du verantwortest unser Influencer Marketing: Umsatz-, Budget-, Personalverantwortung für die DACH Region
- Du bist für die gesamte Planung & Umsetzung der Influencer Kampagnen verantwortlich, du weißt wie man für die Marke relevante Influencer findet und analysiert
- Du hast stets ein Auge auf alle Kampagnen, überwachst deren Entwicklung & Profitabilität und leitest davon Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du beaufsichtigst den kompletten Erstellungs- und Kommunikationsplan der Produkte, synchronisierst die verschiedenen Stakeholder (Produktentwicklung, Design, Social Media) und stellst sicher, dass die Kampagnen pünktlich umgesetzt werden
- Du identifizierst die vielversprechendsten Kooperationen & Influencer:innen und stärkst die Beziehung zwischen der Marke und dem / der Influencer:in
- Du reportest direkt an die Gründer
- Du baust das Influencer Marketing Team auf und motivierst deine Mitarbeiter:innen zu Höchstleistungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft.
- Du konntest mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing inkl. Führungsverantwortung sammeln, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder Lifestyle/Beauty Bereich.
- Du arbeitest sehr datengetrieben, bist mit allen gängigen Marketing KPIs (ROI, CPC, CPM, CTR, etc) vertraut und kannst mit Google Anlaytics arbeiten
- Du bist neugierig, hast ein hohes Maß an Motivation, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, selbständig zu arbeiten
- Du hast fließende Deutsch- & Englisch-Kenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
