Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst die Produktion unter Berücksichtigung der Fertigungs- u. Materialkapazitäten sowie der vorhandenen Termin- und Auftragssituation
- Du steuerst die Kapazitäten sowie die Materialverfügbarkeiten und planst den Forecasts für alle wesentlichen Rohstoffe des Werkes
- Du analysierst den Fertigungsprozess und bist verantwortlich für die Auswertung von Abweichungen, Ermittlung der Ursachen und Einführung von Gegenmaßnahmen
- Du gestaltest das Customizing unseres neuen SAP S/4 HANA ERPs im Bereich der Produktion, Produktionsplanung sowie SCM aktiv mit
- Du verantwortest das Bestandsmanagement und dessen Optimierung, sowie Inventuren
- Du generierst Bedarfsanforderungen für Produktion und Instandhaltung
- Du wirkst vertrauensvoll bei Produkt- und Prozessentwicklungen mit
- Du gestaltest die Einführung eines Lean Management Systems mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder in einer vergleichbaren Richtung und/oder Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Produktions- , Arbeitsplanung oder der Fertigungssteuerung
- Du kennst dich sehr gut in den Bereichen Arbeitswissenschaft, Fertigungstechnik und der Betriebswirtschaft aus
- Du beherrschst den sicheren Umgang mit den Programmen des MS Office Paketes und mit SAP
- Du bist vertraut mit den Prinzipien eines Lean Management Systems und bringst Erfahrungen in Bezug auf unseren ständigen Verbesserungsprozess mit
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz in Kombination mit einer entschlossenen Führungspersönlichkeit
- Du bist es gewöhnt, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert zu arbeiten, dir macht die Arbeit im Team großen Spaß und auch Flexibilität ist für dich kein Fremdwort
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch in Wort und Schrift
