Junior Consultant - CRM / Vertrieb / Kundenberatung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere B2B-Teilnehmer bei der Umsetzung unseres Programms und hilfst bei der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung unserer Kundenworkshops
- Du betreust und unterstützt Kunden operativ im Bereich Digital Sales
- Du kümmerst dich um die Inbetriebnahme von HubSpot Sales Hub (Benutzerkonten, E-Mail und Telefon-Integration, Vorlagen)
- Du übernimmst die Umsetzung in HubSpot (Listen, Formulare, E-Mail Sequenzen, Workflows, etc.)
- Du erstellst Dashboards und Reports (Sales-Pipeline und -Forecasts)
- Du führst Schulungen und Coachings von Kunden in der Bedienung von HubSpot durch
- Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und bereitest Sales-Performance-Workshops vor

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung und Freude im telefonischen Kundenkontakt sowie Erfahrung in der Bedienung von einem CRM System (HubSpot, SalesForce)
- Du zeigst eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität, eine hohe Serviceorientierung und Empathievermögen
- Du bringst ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis, Datenaffinität und ein digitales Mindset mit
- Du punktest mit deiner guten Konzentrationsfähigkeit, Geduld und Ausdauer in der Recherche nach Lösungen
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine sorgfältige, systematische und selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
