As the HR Specialist you will be responsible for local HR advice and administration for the EMEA region, and you will be part of the amazing global HR team. There is potential to grow in the role as the Company grows. This will be an in-office role in our Bruchsal office, with flexibility to work a schedule that is both in office and remotely.

Requirements

  • Advise and support employees and managers on all personnel-relevant issues
  • Manage personnel administration including contract documents, personnel files, job descriptions, certificates, etc.
  • Back up payroll as needed
  • Administration of the co-determination requirements
  • Collaborate with employment lawyers and consultants
  • Maintain the data and integrity of the personnel system
  • Employer branding, sourcing, and applicant management for the EMEA region
  • Supervise trainees and students
  • Manage the personal development and health management programs
  • Create HR-relevant reports and statistics
  • Localize and implement global programs and events
  • Organize and implement team building activities and employee gatherings (Holiday party, summer picnic, years of service celebrations and birthday celebrations)
  • Helping to shape growth in the further development of a successful, global organization
