Your Responsibilities
- You assist in integrating our product with leading fashion eCommerce shops
- You co-develop novel features for our sizing app, integrations, customer dashboard according to the Build - Measure - Learn cycle
- You setup A/B tests and rapidly iterate based on data-driven insights from user analytics and business intelligence
- You build world-class, beautiful, and simple to use UIs that users will absolutely love with our product designer and UX team
- You support creating exciting customer demos for Pre-Sales and prototype PoCs for user tests
- You help to optimize loading speeds and performance and increase device support
- You develop tests to increase code coverage, efficiency, and ensure world-class software quality

Your Profile
Minimum qualifications:
- You study in at least the 2nd year of your BSc (or started MSc) in Informatics, Data Science, Business Information Systems, or similar
- You hold foundational knowledge in Software Engineering principles and web performance
- You have at least 6 months of experience in software engineering in building applications
- You bring solid knowledge in the HTML5 stack (HTML, JavaScript ES6+, CSS3) is a must
- Foundational knowledge and completed projects in React, LitElement (or a similar library/framework) is a strong plus
- Knowledge in visual prototyping tools such as Figma / Sketch or similar is a plus
- Experience in Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, similar) is a plus
- You have proven sense for great design and attention to detail
- Reliable, impact-driven, and eager to learn fast with an independent working style, and aiming to go meet and exceed expectations and go beyond
- Product, growth, and excellence-driven mindset with the desire to solve big problems in a startup environment

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
