Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die aktive Bewerberansprache über Stellenbörsen wie XING, LinkedIn
- Du betreust und pflegst Recruiting-System und Datenbank
- Du stimmst die Anforderungen und Stellenprofile mit den beteiligten Fachteams ab
- Du baust einen Talent-Pool auf und gewinnst bzw. bindest Talente
- Du wählst geeignete Maßnahmen für das Recruiting aus
- Du betreust den kompletten Bewerbungsprozess, inklusive Erstellung und Schaltung der Stellen, Auswahl geeigneter Bewerber und Führen des ersten Bewerbungsgesprächs
- Du führst Personalmarketingmaßnahmen (z.B. über soziale Netzwerke) durch, nimmst an Messen teil und pflegst die Kontakte zu ehemaligen Mitarbeitern (Newsletter etc.)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Personal oder Hotellerie
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources/ Recruiting ist von Vorteil
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit eigenständig und organisiert zu arbeiten
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Programme mit

Wir machen eine alte Strandkorb-Lagerhalle zum Hotel mit Rooftop-Pool und Sterne-Restaurant. Für unsere Strandbar rühren wir im Jahr 20.000 Kilo Milchreis an – mit der Hand. Unser Bäcker backt neben Brot aus Urkorn auch Hunde-Kekse. In unseren Inselhotels findet man keine Muscheldeko und im Landgasthaus keinen Schwarzwaldkitsch. Die Verbindung zwischen den Betrieben auf Norderney und dem Hotel im Schwarzwald ist unser Hauptsitz in Bremen. Hier befinden sich die Personalabteilung, das Marketing, die Buchhaltung sowie die Geschäftsführung. Außerdem werden von hier aus auch Architekturprojekte und Immobilien betreut. Wir suchen uns nur Projekte, die wir von Anfang an richtig und ganz machen wollen. Leidenschaft statt Langeweile. Träume verwirklichen statt sich im Alltag verbiegen. Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
