Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst datengetriebene und ganzheitliche Marketing-Strategien für nationale sowie internationale Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen anhand derer Ziele sowie Fragestellungen
- Du übernimmst datengetriebene Status Quo Analyse der aktuellen (Online-)Marketingmaßnahmen des Kunden (inkl. Konkurrenz-Analyse)
- Du entwickelst eine an die Ziele des Kunden ausgelegten (Crossplatform-)Strategie unter Berücksichtigung einer Datenbasis einerseits und unterschiedlicher Marketing-Teilbereiche und Channels andererseits
- Du steuerst interne Projektteams und sorgst für die interne sowie externe Zusammenstellung der richtigen Stakeholder für die unterschiedlichen Projektbausteine
- Du übernimmst effektive Briefings des Projektteams, sodass Projektbausteine pünktlich abgeliefert sowie aggregiert werden
- Du verantwortest die schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation mit Ansprechpartnern bei Kunden und Partnern
- Du kümmerst dich um die finale Datenaggregation unter Berücksichtigung des Kundenbedarfs, um daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen auszusprechen
- Du priorisierst und delegierst Aufgaben an zwei Junior Manager und bis zu drei Praktikanten
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für die persönliche und berufliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung bei der Entwicklung von Online-Marketing Strategien und bist ExpertIn in mindestens einem der folgenden Teilbereiche: Social-Media-Marketing (u.a. Paid Media), Influencer-Marketing, Content-Management, Affiliate-Marketing (Affiliate-Kanal-Strategie)
- Du liebst es, mit Zahlen und Daten(-mengen!) zu arbeiten und hast fortgeschrittene Erfahrung in Excel/Google Sheets sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Metabase, Tableau oder anderen BI Tools sind ein plus
- Du bist datengetrieben, gehst unvoreingenommen an jedes neue Projekt ran und bleibst neugierig, was die Daten zeigen
- Du besitzt Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams (ist kein Muss, aber ein Plus)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
