Was erwartet dich?
- Durchführung von Datenanalysen zu bestehenden und neuen Preismodellen
- Konzeption von Kundenbefragungen, um Treiber der Zahlungsbereitschaft zu identifizieren, Preismodelle zu simulieren und Pricing Insights zu generieren
- Entwicklung neuer Pricing-Ansätze und deren Modellierung im Hinblick auf Neukunden-Akquise und Customer Lifetime Value
- Entwicklung und Priorisierung von Pricing-Tests auf unserer Plattform
- Umsetzung von Pricing-Tests in enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing- und Produktteam sowie der Geschäftsführung
- Monitoring aller relevanten KPIs mit besonderem Fokus auf die Maximierung des Customer Lifetime Value

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- 3-6 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Pricing, entweder im Beratungskontext oder in einem Unternehmen mit digitalen Produkten, das vorzugsweise mit Abomodellen arbeitet
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten, Überzeugungskraft, Zielorientierung, Entscheidungsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude an Daten
- Interesse an Konsumenten-Psychologie und Menschenkenntnis

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
