Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns?
- Gemeinsam mit Ihren Teamkollegen sind Sie für den IT-Support zuständig.
- Sie sind direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter über Ticketsystem oder Telefon. Sie priorisieren und bearbeiten die Anfragen oder leiten diese weiter. Ebenso gehört die Dokumentation zu Ihrer Tätigkeit.
- Sie arbeiten vorwiegend im 1st Level Support für den Hauptsitz Krumbach und die Niederlassungen Augsburg sowie Ulm, aber auch bedingt im 2nd Level Support für unsere Niederlassungen in Dubai und München.
- Mit Ihrem Know-how wirken Sie bei der standortübergreifenden Analyse und Behebung von Anwenderproblemen sowie System- und Programmfehlern mit.
- Sie verwalten Benutzeraccounts und IT-Systeme im Microsoft Server und Office 365 Bereich.
- Sie installieren und warten die IT-Systeme der Mitarbeiter (Notebooks, Workstations und Mobilgeräte).

Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Systemintegration.
- Ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie die Beherrschung der Microsoft-Betriebssysteme sowie -Applikationen zeichnen Sie aus.
- Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Microsoft Server Bereich, mit Office 365 (Azure, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams) sowie mit Anwendungen im Bereich CAD (Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit).
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Sie sind bereit Rufbereitschaft in moderatem Umfang zu übernehmen.
- Eine zielorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement zeichnen Sie aus.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
