Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und erarbeitest ganzheitliche Social Media-Kampagnen oder strategische Projekte (inklusive Ideengenerierung, Teamkoordinierung, Budget- und Timeline-Planung, Einhaltung von Deadlines)
- Du steuerst interne Projektteams, sowie externer Dienstleister
- Du optimierst und entwickelst unsere Prozesse und Produkte kontinuierlich
- Du erstellst Pitches und Angebote, führst Verhandlungen mit unseren Kunden
- Du entwickelst unsere Projekte strategisch weiter, inklusive spezifischer Zielsetzungen
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Projekt
- Du baust unsere Kundenbeziehungen langfristig aus
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für die persönliche und berufliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Team-Mitglieder
- Du gestaltest aktiv unserer Feedbackkultur mit, welche auf dem Prinzip Radical Condor Prinzip basiert

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projekt- und/oder Key Account-Management, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Thema Social Media (eigenes Kundennetzwerk ist ein Plus)
- Leitererfahrung ist kein Muss, aber ein Plus!
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für dich, dein Team, unsere Kunden und auch die kleinen Dinge – denn am Ende zählt jedes Detail
- Du kannst Kunden und Projektteams selbstständig steuern
- Du hast exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Leistungsmotivation, die sich in einer hohen Ergebnisqualität widerspiegelt
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kreativität gepaart mit weitreichendem Social Media Verständnis

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
