Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kümmern sich um die Planung, Steuerung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich und sind eine Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung operativer Probleme
- Sie verantworten wesentliche Teile des Erstellungsprozesses im monatlichen Abschluss und klären relevante Fragestellungen im Sinne des Gesamtprozesses
- Sie führen Controlling und Qualitätssicherung bei den beschriebenen Prozessabläufe durch und sind koordinierende Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung operative Probleme
- Sie betreuen und motivieren die Mitarbeitenden im Sinne unserer Service- und Unternehmensziele und setzen agile Methoden um, damit Sie stetig zur Weiterentwicklung beitragen können
- Sie stehen in enger Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden
- Sie wirken bei der Abwicklung und Optimierung aller anfallenden Tätigkeiten und Geschäftsvorfälle im übertragenen Aufgabengebiet zur Einhaltung vereinbarter Ziele und Prozessvorgaben gemäß den Richtlinien unseres Konzerns mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern oder eine Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten mit Berufserfahrung
- Sie arbeiten gern mit Menschen – das bedeutet, es ist Ihnen wichtig, unseren Mitarbeitern zu helfen, ihr volles Potential zu entfalten
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung sowie der Steuerung von Projekten und Prozessen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch analytisches Denkvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatz- bereitschaft aus. Agile Methoden sind Ihnen nicht fremd
- Sie zählen ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten zu Ihren Stärken und Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit Ihr Fachwissen zielführend weiterzugeben
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Sprachniveau B2)
