Rechtsberater - Justitiariat / Vertragsmanagement / IT-Recht (m/w/d)
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört insbesondere:
- Konzipieren bzw. Weiterentwickeln unseres Vertrags-Managementsystems
- Gestaltung, Bewertung und Verhandlung von IT-Projekt- und Lizenzverträgen hinsichtlich Software und Produkte von Seibert Media sowie aus dem Atlassian-Ökosystem in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache, insbesondere:
- Verschwiegenheitsvereinbarungen/ NDA, insbesondere unter Beachtung der DSGVO, BDSG und des Geschäftsgeheimnisgesetzes (GeschGehG)
- Auftragsverarbeitungsverträge nach Maßgabe der DSGVO und BDSG
IT-Rahmen- und Einzelverträge (unter Beachtung des IT-Rechts für Kauf, Miete, Dienstleistungen, Werkleistungen, Pflege und Betrieb von Software) - Lizenzverträge unter Berücksichtigung des Urhebergesetzes (UrhG) und der End User Licence Agreement (EULA) aus dem Atlassian-Ökosystems
- Cloud- und SaaS-Verträge
- Juristische Bearbeitung von Abmahnungen, Beanstandungen, Einstweiligen Verfügungen und Klagen
- Rechtliche Beratung im Bereich des IP (Urheberrecht, Arbeitnehmererfindungsgesetz, Marken- und Patentrecht) sowie Gestaltung von Verträgen in diesem Bereich.
- Beraten der Teams in allen zivil-, wirtschafts- und vertragsrechtlichen Fragen zu Digitalisierungs- und IT-Recht
- Konzipieren, Planen und Durchführung von Inhouse-Formaten, z.B. Schulungen, für die Mitarbeiter*innen von Seibert Media zur Qualifizierung und Sensibilisierung in den oben genannten Bereichen, v.a. in oben genannten Themenbereichen der Teams von Seibert Media

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
