Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir geeignente Product Owner. Du kümmerst du dich um den Vertrieb der angebotenen Produkte des Unternehmens die sich im Bereich der Kältetechnik bewegen. Optimalerweise hast du ein gutes technisches Verständnis und vertriebliches Geschick.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und erarbeitest Lösungskonzepte für Applikationen und deren Schnittstellen
- Du erstellst User Stories und stellst deren korrekte Umsetzung sicher
- Du definierst Testanforderungen und unterstützt uns in allen Testphasen
- Du triffst zeitgerechte, fundierte Entscheidungen
- Du gestaltest und priorisierst das Product Backlog und stellst das Kundennutzen in jedem Sprint sicher
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Team, dem Kunden, der Entwicklung
und der Applikation - Du planst Releases, bereitest Sprints und Überblick über laufende sowie zukünftigen Anforderungen unserer Kunden vor
- Du überwachst und kommunizierst die Produktplanung mit den wichtigsten Interessengruppen und den jeweiligen Partnern
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produktmanagement zusammen
- Du bist das Gesicht des Produkts nach außen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem technischen Gebiet oder kannst einschlägige Berufserfahrung vorweisen, die dich für diese Position qualifiziert
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem digitalen Umfeld.
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation, Konfliktlösung und Moderation aus
- Du bringst eine hohe Affinität für Informationstechnologie, Social Media & Marketing mit
- Du zählst starke Kundenorientierung, technische Kompetenz und ausgeprägte methodische und analytische Fähigkeiten zu deinen Kernkompetenzen

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
